By installing, accessing, or using the Forestry Pro mobile application (the "App") and the Forestry Pro landing site at fokuszmester.com/forestry, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Forestry Pro.
Forestry Pro is a forest inventory and tree measurement application for foresters, arborists, and forest managers. The App offers GPS mapping, a tree species catalog, offline-first data capture, and PDF report generation. Field data is stored on the user's device.
The Forestry Pro landing site includes an optional TikTok publishing feature, powered by the TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API. When a user voluntarily signs in with TikTok and grants the requested scopes (user.info.basic, video.upload, video.publish), Forestry Pro can upload a short forestry-related video to the user's own TikTok account on the user's explicit request. Each upload requires manual confirmation; Forestry Pro never posts in the background and never publishes on behalf of any other user. The user can revoke access at any time in their TikTok account settings.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Forestry Pro. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.
The Forestry Pro name, logo, source code, and design assets are the intellectual property of the Forestry Pro publisher. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your own forestry work. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the App except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
Your use of Forestry Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data the App handles, where it is stored, and how the optional TikTok integration treats authentication tokens.
Forestry Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The App is a field-work productivity aid; survey results and measurements should be verified against your organization's professional standards before use in legally binding documents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Forestry Pro publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App or the TikTok integration, including any loss of field data on your device.
You may stop using Forestry Pro at any time by uninstalling the App and revoking any third-party permissions you previously granted. We may suspend or terminate the optional TikTok integration if a user violates TikTok's policies or these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at https://fokuszmester.com/forestry/terms with the effective date shown above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
