Forestry Pro

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Forestry Pro (the "App") handles your data. We take privacy seriously: the App is offline-first and does not require an account.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Data stored locally on your device

• App-specific records you create (vaccination dates, tree measurements, notes, etc.)
• App preferences (language, theme, units)

All this data stays on your device. We do NOT have access to it.

2.2 Optional cloud features

If you enable optional cloud-sync (Bring-Your-Own-Key services), data is encrypted in transit and stored on the provider you authorize. We never have access to your cloud credentials.

2.3 Anonymous usage statistics (opt-in)

If you opt in, the App may send anonymous usage statistics (crash reports, feature-use counts) to help us improve. No personal data is included.

3. TikTok Integration

Forestry Pro offers an optional TikTok Content Posting API integration:

• Only an admin operator (FokusMester team) connects a TikTok account (@forestrypro_app) — end users of the mobile App do NOT connect their own TikTok
• The integration uses the video.publish scope only
• No TikTok user information is read or stored by us
• OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on our admin server, never on user devices

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. The App does not contain advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs that collect personal data, or social-media trackers.

5. Children's Privacy

Forestry Pro is suitable for users 13+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Access your data — it is on your device
• Delete your data — uninstalling the App removes all local data
• Opt out of optional cloud-sync at any time in App settings

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Significant changes will be announced.
