1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using ShoutToGo (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. License
FokusMester grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for non-commercial purposes.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App for illegal communications, harassment, or harm.
- Interfere with or disrupt the BLE mesh of other users.
- Misuse Meshtastic LoRa frequencies in violation of local regulations.
4. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is." We make no warranty of reliability for emergency communications. Do NOT rely on ShoutToGo as a sole emergency communication tool.
5. Limitation of Liability
FokusMester is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App, including missed messages, mesh failures, or device incompatibility.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes.
